At ForeverStampForSale.com, we stand behind every sheet of Forever Stamps we sell. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 30‑day return and exchange policy under the conditions detailed below.

1. Policy Overview

  • Eligibility Window: All requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Documentation Required: You must provide order number, proof of purchase, and—if applicable—a USPS inspection report confirming stamp invalidity or damage.

2. Returns & Exchanges Due to Our Error

If your return or exchange is a direct result of our mistake—such as:

  • Stamps that fail to be recognized as valid by USPS
  • Physical damage (tears, creases, water damage) occurring prior to delivery

then we will:

  1. Provide a full refund (including shipping) or send replacement sheets at no charge.
  2. Cover all associated costs, including return shipping fees and any inspection fees.

  • Obtain a USPS verification report.
  • Ship the defective items back using our prepaid return label or your preferred carrier; we will reimburse postage.

3. Returns for Personal Reasons

Returns requested for reasons other than our error—such as ordering the wrong design or overestimating your needs—are subject to the following terms:

  • Condition Requirement: Stamps must remain in their original, unused, undamaged condition.
  • Fee Responsibility: You may be responsible for a restocking fee, return shipping, and a warehouse handling charge.
  • Final Approval: All personal‑reason returns are evaluated by our Returns Specialist. Approval and exact fees will depend on item condition and handling costs at the time of your request.

Note: Because we offer free outbound shipping and do not charge upfront handling fees, we incur costs on your behalf when fulfilling and receiving orders.


4. Payment & Fee Details

  • Credit‑Card Processing Fees: If your order was paid by credit card, the original transaction incurred a 3%–5% processing fee. This fee is non‑refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless we are at fault, you will be charged the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Warehouse Handling Fees: A handling fee will apply to cover labor and materials for restocking—amount set at the prevailing rate when your return is processed.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  4. Refund or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or ship replacement stamps.
